Led by Director Daniel Smyth, we provide comprehensive FRP packages, individual trade services and skilled labour hire solutions across a range of civil, commercial and industrial construction projects.
Our integrated approach allows us to deliver formwork, reinforcement and concrete works under a single subcontract, streamlining project coordination, improving efficiency and reducing the challenges associated with managing multiple subcontractors.

Barrow Construction is a trusted civil Formwork, Reinforcement, and Pouring (FRP) subcontractor based in Deception Bay, serving South East Queensland and Northern NSW.
Director Dan Smyth brings extensive industry expertise backed by formal qualifications, including Cert III Carpentry, Cert III Concreting, Cert IV in Building & Construction, and full QBCC licensing. That technical grounding ensures strict compliance with structural standards and safety regulations, supported by real-world, hands-on site leadership.
We partner directly with Principal Contractors to deliver seamless site execution. Whether managing complete FRP contract packages or providing targeted formwork erecting, steelfixing, concreting, and skilled labour hire, we keep site communication clear and operations moving forward without compromise.

Drawings in
Send plans, reo schedules and the program. We measure it up and come back with a lump sum or rates.
Paperwork sorted
Insurances, SWMS, inductions and site-specific requirements done before mobilisation day.
Form, reo, pour
Set out, form up, fix steel, hold point cleared, concrete placed and finished.
Strip and off
Formwork stripped, area cleaned down, gear off site so the next trade can start.
Deception Bay out to the border.
We’re based at Deception Bay and work right across Queensland and down into northern New South Wales. Accommodation and travel are priced in for jobs outside our local radius.
