Splitting form, reo and pour across three subcontractors is where programs blow out. We carry all three, so set-out, cover and the pour date are the same crew’s problem, not yours.

Formed square, stripped clean.
Conventional timber and ply, proprietary panel and beam systems, edge forms, kickers, pit walls, lids and suspended decks. Set out off survey marks and braced for the pour.

Fixed to schedule, cover held.
Mesh and bar, top and bottom mats, beam and column cages, starters, dowels and cast-in items. Chaired and tied so the cover survives the concrete crew walking on it.

Placed, finished, cured.
Pump or chute, vibrated, screeded and finished to the spec, broom, steel trowel or burnished. Joints cut, curing applied and the slab protected until it is handed over.

Do you take on the full FRP package?
Yes — form, reo and pour under one subcontract is how we prefer to work. You can also take single trades if that’s all you’re short on.
What do you need to price a job?
Structural drawings, the reo schedule, the spec and your program dates. That’s enough for a lump sum or a schedule of rates.
Are you insured and ticketed?
Yes. Insurances, SWMS and site inductions are sorted before mobilisation. Dan holds Cert III Carpentry, Cert III Concreting, Cert IV Building & Construction, and QBCC licence 15647765
Can you supply labour only?
We do. Formworkers, steelfixers and concreters on day or weekly rates, working under your supervision with their own PPE and hand tools.
