We only collect information you choose to give us, or that is needed to quote and deliver work:

- Project details you send us — scope, site address, drawings, schedules and program dates.
- Records needed to run a subcontract — insurance, licensing, site induction and safety documentation.
- Basic technical information collected automatically by our website host, such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used only to keep the site secure and working.
We do not collect sensitive information, and we do not take payment details through this website.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and tenders, carry out contracted work, meet safety and licensing obligations, issue invoices, and keep in contact about jobs in progress. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing lists without your agreement.
Who we share it with
We may share information where it is necessary to do the work or required by law — for example with principal contractors and their site management, suppliers and concrete plants, our accountant or bookkeeper, insurers, and regulators such as the QBCC or Workplace Health and Safety Queensland. Our service providers (website host, email and cloud storage) may also store data on our behalf. We do not disclose your information overseas except where a service provider stores data offshore under equivalent protections.
Photographs of work
We take photographs of our own work on site and may publish them on this website and our social media. We do not publish drawings, client documentation or identifiable site information without permission. If a photograph of your project appears here and you would like it removed, contact us and we will take it down.

This website may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how pages are used and to improve the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do. Map tiles on our contact page are served by OpenStreetMap, which may receive your IP address when the map loads.
